This rich, experiential course will be presented by Maria Lentine, Bindu Yoga Teacher, who has been leading yoga classes for over 40 years to all levels of people. She is a Kripalu, Certified Holistic Lifestyle Educator and Advanced Yoga Instructor.
She has assisted Yoga teacher training (KYTT) programs at the Kripalu Center for Yoga.
