Live ONLINE YOGA Classes
Many of our classes are also offered on Zoom in an interactive, live video stream. Enjoy our guided practice from the comfort of home. When you enroll for an online class, we will send you a link to join our private Zoom room. Sign up for our online classes through Mindbody online. Make sure you enroll at least 2 hours in advance of class so that we can be sure to send you the link to your class in time.

Class Etiquette
We recommend signing up for our online yoga classes at least two hours in advance to allow plenty of time for us to send you the link. Log in for the class at least 5 minutes prior to the start time to give yourself time to get settled and to give the teacher time to check that you can see and hear everything. Whether you you practice with your camera on or off is up to you.
In some of our classes, we use props like blocks and blankets. If you have your own props, it’s a good idea to have those handy before class starts. If you don’t have any props, no worries, you can practice without them or use a substitute (like pillows). Ask your teacher for a prop substitute recommendation.
