Backbend Boost
Led by Heather Foy
This class begins with a vinyasa focused on opening and warming up the body to allow for a deepening in your backbends. We’ll work with the breath to create space, length, and depth. As we move farther into class, we’ll incorporate techniques from Heather’s cirque training to further enhance spinal opening.
This class is open to all levels, some body awareness or yoga practice may be helpful in working into the body’s deeper ranges of motion.
