Bindu's Therapeutic Yoga Series

A 6-month comprehensive yoga therapy study.

Our goal is to educate folks on how to apply therapeutic yoga strategies for greater stability and mobility, to manage stress and to foster resilience throughout every human dimension - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual (but mostly physical for this particular series).

We’ll kick off the 2022 New Year by dedicating one Saturday every month to Bindu’s Therapeutic Yoga Series January through June. We will share concise yet potent strategies that reduce pain, prevent dysfunction and optimize health with focus on a specific region of the body. It is not mandatory to attend every workshop. However, each topic is informed by the previous month(s) workshop(s) and new material will be covered progressively and sequentially.

Expect to leave with a deeper understanding of how the natural chain of movement depends upon the optimal functioning of these interrelated regions. These courses are appropriate for those who are managing their own painful conditions, for professionals working in a therapeutic capacity, or anyone interested in efficient holistic wellness.

This particular Therapeutic Yoga Series is appropriate for all and requires no yoga experience whatsoever. Each participant will have access to their own chair and props during the workshop. Each participant will receive the presentation slides as well as all audio recordings from the days’ practices.

Our teacher proclaims “If you can breathe, then you can do this yoga.”

CEHs for Yoga Instructors and Physical Therapy Professionals

Courses can be applied toward Florida state licensure continuing education requirements for the following professions:

  • Physical Therapy professionals - CEH’s will be submitted to C.E. Broker as a courtesy and at no cost

  • Yoga Therapists via IAYT

  • Massage Therapists and Personal Trainers

Certificate of completion will be provided to participants as requested. Nursing professionals have successfully applied these hours to their state board for licensure renewal requirements.
