Are you ready to have some good, healthy, wholesome fun?!?

We will light up the night with black lights, paint ourselves with fun paints, and rock out vinyasa style to some funky beats! We will gather at 6:00 to begin the inner child healing process of painting on ourselves like your mother always told you not to! You are encouraged to wear black light reactive clothing, whites and true neons.

At 6:30pm we begin our flow where the goal is to have fun and most definitely not take ourselves too seriously…it’s time to play!
