In this restorative yoga practice, we'll utilize long holds in supported poses and intentional breath. Each pose is carefully cultivated to tune into the chakra of focus. We will work with visualization. Music has been selected for the elevation of your journey. We'll close our practice with a sound bath chakra meditation.
